Jeff Rasmussen
Jeff Rasmussen was born and raised in Rupert, the son of Blaine and Lois Hunsaker
Rasmussen. He graduated from Minico High School and attended Utah State University
in Logan, Utah, prior to serving as a missionary in the Argentina Buenos Aires North
Mission for the LDS Church. He continued his undergraduate work at Brigham Young
University in Provo, Utah, where he majored in organ performance studying extensively
under the tutelage of Professor Parley Belnap. Jeff then attended and graduated
from the Cypress School of Mortuary Science.
Jeff is married to Amy Beck Rasmussen and they are the parents of four children,
Emily (Sheldon) Mallory, Camille (Spencer) Craft, Mariah (Taylor) Lund, and Mason Rasmussen; and the grandparents of three granddaughters, Hadley, McKinzley, and Bexley Mallory; and three grandsons, Jeffrey David 'JD', Zakary, and Paxton Craft.
Court Wilson
Court Wilson was raised in Tremonton, Utah, where he graduated from Bear River High
School in 1998. He studied briefly at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, prior to serving
an LDS mission to Paris, France. He then returned to Snow College to complete his
Associate of Arts degree. He subsequently transferred to Weber State University
where he obtained a bachelors degree in commercial French.
A short while later, in 2005, Court took an interest in the funeral service industry,
beginning as a funeral pre-arrangement counselor. After completing studies at the
Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston, Texas, he then became a licensed
funeral director/mortician in 2007. In April of 2013, his career pursuits brought
him to Rasmussen Funeral Home in Burley.
He and his wife, Jill Frandsen Wilson, have four daughters, Olivia, Claire, Ava and Sylvie.
Ben Biermann
Ben Biermann was born in Heyburn. He graduated from Minico High School in 1990,
and
then continued in general studies at Idaho State University. He graduated with honors
from Boise State University in 1996, with a Bachelor of Science degree in respiratory
therapy. He then worked for the next ten years at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center
in Boise in the Heart ICU department. He is the father of Payton and Boone.
Ben enjoys hunting, fishing and coaching. He changed his career so that he could
spend more time with his family. He has been able to coach his boys in football
ever since.
In 2005, Ben chose to obtain his insurance license and since that time as been actively
involved in working as a pre-need specialist in the funeral industry.
Mason Rasmussen
Mason is the only son of Jeff and Amy Rasmussen. He graduated from Burley High School in 2019. He has grown up and enjoyed working in the family business.
In his spare time, you will find him hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers, playing sports, and doing many adventurous things outdoors.
Growing up with only sisters he has developed many qualities that have transferred to serving families. He is patient, loving, compassionate, and sensitive to others' needs. He has a goal to follow in his father's footsteps and continue in the funeral industry.
Mariah Jo Lund
Mariah Jo Lund is the daughter of Jeff and Amy Rasmussen. She graduated from Burley High School and is presently in the process of pursuing her mortuary science degree, in the footsteps of her father. She married Taylor Lund in 2021.
Mariah Jo learned as early as she can remember her love for the funeral industry. She has the passion for serving others. In her spare time you will find her outside playing sports or going on road trips to new locations. She is a volunteer domestic violence advocate and has found that through her own experience that it has been empowering and uplifting.
She has grown up learning her passion and love for music and loves to play beside her father and sisters, the violin, piano, and organ. Mariah Jo loves to be around her family and friends coming up with different adventures. She enjoys being outdoors, four-wheeling, biking, boating, or playing sports.
Nik Rasmussen
Nik Rasmussen grew up in the Mini-Cassia area graduating from Minidoka County High School (Minico) in 1998. Nik graduated from Arapahoe Community College (ACC), in Littleton, Colorado, in August of 2009 with a degree in Mortuary Science.
Nik is married to Kandice Wilkins Rasmussen and they are the parents of Kaelan, Jackson and Henley. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys many of Idaho's outdoor activities.
Taylor Lund
Taylor Lund was born and raised in Tremonton, Utah, and graduated from Bear River High School in 2014. He married Mariah Jo Rasmussen in 2021, and has since taken steps to building his career in the funeral industry by acquiring his Mortuary Resident Trainee certificate and enrolling in a Mortuary Science program at Arapahoe Community College. His skill set coupled with his outgoing and friendly personality makes him a great fit for the funeral industry.
He is an avid sports fan and never misses the opportunity to watch a Dallas Cowboys football game or attend a University of Utah game at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
Trina Richman
Trina Richman was born and raised in the Mini-Cassia area. She graduated from Minico High School in 1994 and attended the College of Southern Idaho where she received her Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and also Criminal Justice. Trina is also the proud mother of her beautiful daughter, Halie. She began working as secretary for the funeral home in December 2023.
Trina loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys the summer and all the activities that it brings such as boating, BBQs, and floating the river with friends. She also loves relaxing at their family home in Mackay.
