RUPERT – Lori Lynn Winningham Blair, a 65-year-old resident of Rupert, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
She was born on March 11, 1961, to Patty and Wally Winningham, in Burley, Idaho.
Lori married the love of her life, Bill Blair, on April 18, 1980. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and lasting memories. She was a devoted wife, a proud mother to Jared and Chase (KD), and a deeply cherished grandmother to Jaden, Bailey, Jaylee, Jordyn, and Hagen. Lori was also blessed with three great-grandchildren, Ophelia, Ozias and Luca, who brought her immense joy.
She dedicated 30 years of her life working alongside Mike and Susan Biermann, a testament to her strong work ethic, loyalty, and commitment.
Lori enjoyed softball, amusement parks, four-wheeling with her husband and boys, camping, embracing the outdoors and creating unforgettable experiences with family and friends. In her later years, she discovered a love for board games, especially Yahtzee and Sorry, where her competitive spirit and laughter would shine brightly.
Lori is survived by her loving husband, Bill; her children; her brother, Danny (Theresa Winningham); baby sister, Stacey Marie Winningham; her partner in crime, Aunt Diane; and her Uncle Lonny (Cindy) Anderson; as well as her five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Patty and Wally Winningham.
Lori will be remembered for her warmth, dedication, and the love she gave so freely. Her legacy lives on in the family she cherished and the countless memories she helped create.

A celebration of Lori’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 30, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th Street, in Burley, where family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
