William "Bill" Ralph Dutcher

Jan. 12, 1941 - Oct. 18, 2025

Date of Service: Nov. 21, 2025

BURLEY – William Ralph Dutcher, Dad, went to be with Jesus October 18, 2025.

Bill was a friend to everyone, and everyone was his friend! He had friends from two years old up to 80 years old. He loved to tell his stories of fishing and hunting with his family and friends. Every day was an adventure for dad! He always had an encouraging word to share and he loved to make people laugh.

Bill married his first wife in 1962, LaRue Arthur. They had two girls, Laura Dutcher (Mikk Sherry) and Darla Eames. They were the apple of his eye! He loved to take them on adventures, hunting and fishing and hiking in the mountains, teaching them the love of nature. He married his second wife, Carole Graham, in 1977, his family grew with a daughter, Lori Graham, and a son, Lon Graham (Sandi Graham). He loved them as his own!

Dad worked hard but played harder. He would say he made his millions and spent his millions! Dad was very generous to anyone he met, always lending a helping hand. Dad grew up in Colorado but also lived in Arizona, Idaho and Canada. Dad lived life to the fullest and is going to be missed by many. We were all better for knowing him and being part of his adventures on earth.

A memorial service will be held at 6p.m. Friday, November 21, 2025, at the Rupert Elks Lodge located at 85 South 200 West in Rupert.

From Brian and Cathy White:
Hi Darla--We were neighbors of Bill's in Cobble Creek and stayed in touch, hosting him at our house when he came to CO and staying w/him in Burley if we were heading that way. He was a great guy and a wonderful friend. One year when Brian's truck broke down when driving home from OR, Bill came and picked him up and brought him all the way to Montrose. He will be missed by many. Love from the Whites
