I am so sorry to hear of Steven’s passing. He was always so very kind to me. He was very sweet to my mom for the many years she and Bob were married. My mom thought so much of Steven and Claudette. She loved your family. I’m thinking of you all.
From Kay E Rehn:
Claudette, words never seem enough, but I am so sorry for what your family is going through. It meant so much to me when you and Steve came to Vern's viewing and the care you showed to me after so many years of not seeing you. I will keep you in my prayers.
From Idaho State Veterans Cemetery Blackfoot:

From jared skaggs:
Sorry for your loss. Mr. Bray was always good to me. I grew up with Jeff and later on got to know Scott. I always appreciated their friendship and as I got to know their parents I realized why they were such good kids. As I grew older I was lucky enough to have friendships with Mr. and Mrs Bray. Good role models are hard to find and harder to replace. I appreciate this family being so good to me.
From Curtis Patterson:

I am very sorry to hear of Steven's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. He was a kind and wonderful man.
From Paul & Susan Young :
The news of Steve’s passing was devastating to us, for we have always enjoyed our association with Steve and Claudette.
We have waved and exchanged greetings for years as they would come to his dad’s house next door taking care of things. It feels like we lost a neighbor. When we were in the temple presidency, Steve was at the recommend desk for a shift, greeting patrons and helping to take care of everything graciously. He made everyone feel so welcome.! May you feel of our love and prayers from so many who loved him.
From Lari Nelson :
So sorry for your loss Claudette. We love you and Steve. We will miss him. You have both been such a good example for our family for many years.
Love Alan and Lari Nelson
From Eileen A. Petersen:
Claudette and family, we send deep, heartfelt condolences. Steven was so kind and thoughtful—a true gentleman. It was such a privilege to work closely with him—and you—when he was the Executive Secretary with the Bishopric of the Regional Singles Ward for those four years 2000-2004. Walt so appreciated all Steven did so efficiently. And you were so helpful with all the activities.
I know that Steven & Claudette Bray are truly eternal sweethearts! May you and your precious posterity feel comfort from our loving Savior. Love from Eileen Petersen and family—Janie, Gary, Steve, David, Julie, Brian, Jen. …and Walt from heaven.
From Kerry Hutchison:
Rest in peace, my friend. I taught you to swear and you taught me to ski, LOL. Thank you for memories you and your family allowed me to be part of.
From Terri (Heiner) Johnson:
I will always have good memories of Burley High School band where Steven played trumpet so well. I will also remember him as a great member of our high school class of 1967. Until we meet again, my friend. And much love and peace to Claudette and family. You are in our prayers.
