Service Program

HEYBURN – Diann Dora Stapleman, age 84, of Heyburn, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Countryside Care and Rehabilitation in Rupert.

Diann was born September 17, 1940, in Rupert, Idaho, to Frank and Lorraine (Schenk) Ballard. She attended schools on Rupert and graduated from Minico High School, the class of 1958. She was employed by Kraft Foods for 31 years until her retirement.

She is survived by her loving companion, Leon Walton; grandchildren, Tosha (Elias) Juarez and Terra Stimpson (Braxton Streling); five great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and her sister, Carolyn Adams.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Teresa Franks; and a great-great-grandson, Zamari Morales.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 14, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, located at 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley, with Pastor Tim Fiscus officiating. Friends and family will be received for visitation one hour prior to the service.
