Sheila Anne Russell

Nov. 17, 1980 - Mar. 10, 2025

Date of Service: Mar. 23, 2025

TWIN FALLS – Sheila Anne (Biggins) Russell, a beautiful soul, and 44-year-old resident of Twin Falls, passed away Monday, March 10, 2025, in Twin Falls.

Sheila was born on November 17, 1980, to Ed Biggins and Teressa (Murray) Bunn. She married Jeremy Russell in 2004, and became a mother of a wonderful daughter, Akasha Russell. The next year Sheila had another beautiful daughter, Ivy Russell. Sheila really enjoyed spending time with her girls. She attended College of Southern Idaho to pursue a degree in psychology, but found that she was more content staying at home with her daughters working a few different jobs in-between.

Sheila was influenced heavily by bands like NIN and The Cure. Anyone that knew her saw this in her everyday life. Sheila had a creative and imaginative side to her. She loved fantasy puzzles and coloring books. She was a prolific reader and often indulged in Stephen King books. She enjoyed watching movies and learning to live again after many slips in her life.

While living in Twin Falls, Sheila would spend as much time as she could with her daughters and family when they visited. She was a hard worker, committed to succeed in life, and dedicated to working at KJ’s.

Sheila was heavily involved in NA. She found herself among people who had similar struggles and successes in life. Through much and support in the NA program Sheila was able to get through the obstacles she faced and move on in her life. For many years she would work in the program, go to conventions, and help others through deeds or conversation. Sheila will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her father, Ed (Darlene) Biggins; her mother, Teressa (George) Bunn; her sisters, Jamie Bunn, and Stephanie Kemsley; her brothers, Mike McCray, and Brad (Cheltsee) Kemsley; her daughters, Akasha Russell and Ivy Russell; her niece, Jessica Nava; her ex-husband, Jeremy Russell; and her stepson, Syd Russell.

A celebration of Shelia’s life will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. Sunday, March 23, at the Burley VFW Hall, located at 554 Hiland Ave, Burley, Idaho. Casual dress.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home of Burley.

Sheila was my best friend. If it weren't for her, I never would have made it through Drug Court. I never would have felt comfortable enough to get involved in Narcotics Anonymous. She loved me when I felt unlovable and befriended me when I felt unwanted. My heart aches for everyone who loved this amazing lady. She will be sorely missed.
