From Eileen A. Petersen:
Jean and family. I just saw this Dec. 11. Deep, heart-felt condolences on the passing of your eternal sweetheart, Garth. You two have been a special part of Burley for us since we moved there in 1966. I see from the well-written obituary that Walt and I had been married the same year as you had been. May the Savior’s love comfort you as you await to be with Garth again—for eternity. Love from Eileen Petersen and family.
From Steve Johnson:
Wonderful memories of spending Christmas Eve at the Ray and Hulda Freymiller home and seeing Garth and Linda. We cousins loved to see one another. Steve wore many hand me down clothes that Garth grew out of when in our teenage years.

From Shelli and Tracy Madsen:
Jean and family, we are holding you close to our hearts right now and hope you know that we love you. As far back as I can remember Garth has been a part of the "Larson/Searle" family. I loved that he always took time to talk with me and asked about my children and how things were going. We will miss his great smile. We will not be able to come to the services since we are so far away in Ghana, but we will join the video link on Monday.
