From an old friend that graduated from Beaver High School with Doug and knew him and his family well in the Beaver 3rd Ward. He was a good guy who has done well in making a name for himself in the competitive world. He will be missed.

Dear Baker Family:
I am so sadden to learn of Doug's passing. As a BHS Class of '59 classmate, I spoke with Doug recently about our planned reunion this summer; a conversation I shall now treasure. He will be remembered as a serious, easy going, and sincere man. My condolences to his family and many friends.
