DECLO – Lachlan Joel Moon was born on March 19th, 2025, to Colton Joel and Haley Makail Moon in Ogden, UT. He was born at a 27-week gestational period with a weight of 2.5 pounds and the height of 14.4 inches. He left this world on April 3rd, 2025, after suffering a lack of lung development.

Haley and Colton are extremely grateful for each second that they had with Lachlan, while he was here on this Earth. Even though his life was short, he was filled with life, fight, and strength. As they hoped for different outcomes, they know his spirit is in a holy place with family surrounding him.

As Haley and Colton know that family and friends would like to show their love and support at a funeral service, they have decided to keep it to a closed service. They recognize and are thankful for all the love and support and are grateful for your understanding during this time.
