Date of Service: Sep. 20, 2024
HEYBURN – Adam Mascorro Jr., returned to our Heavenly Father, Saturday, September 7, 2024, at his home, with his wife by his side.
Adam was born in Casa Grande, Arizona, December 15, 1963. He was the second of four children born to Adam and Eve Mascorro. The Mascorro family moved to the Burley area when he was a child. He graduated from Burley High School in 1982, and remained in the Burley/Heyburn area until his passing.
Adam was a son, brother, husband, father and an amazing grandfather. He dedicated his life to his family and his work. He was very passionate about his work ethic and making sure to give any advice or help to others to help them succeed. He loved to ride his Harley and experienced many trips alongside his loving wife and many friends that were more like family to him. He enjoyed doing yard work and giving his grandchildren fun experiences. For the past four years he was a proud director of operations for his uncle's company, Peace Equipment. He loved all the drivers and enjoyed all his breakfast and lunch dates. He spent 38 years in the dairy industry, with the last 18 years at Brewster Cheese in Rupert. He was always making sure in any line of work he did, that his employees felt appreciated and valued.
In February 2023, he received news that he would face the unknown journey of pancreatic cancer. Knowing that it would be a hard road, he fought valiantly with grace and continued to feel loved and blessed throughout the season. He is now healed and it is with sincere gratitude, on behalf of the entire family, that we thank every person who helped him along the way.
He is survived by his parents; his loving wife, Annette Mascorro; and their children, Vanessa (Cristian) Beltran, Tyler Mascorro, Markus (Mariah) Beltran, and Derek (Shalyce) Mascorro. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Noadiah, Jaelynn, Benjamin and Nyella; his siblings, Rachel (Julio), Gilbert (Lupita), and Lionel (Natalie); and many other family members whom he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Antionio and Angela Mascorro; his maternal grandparents, Florentino and Maria Ayala; and his dear aunt, Lupe Cano.
A visitation will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday, September 19, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, located at 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 20, at Grace Community Church, located at 100 N . Meridian, in Rupert.
