Charlotte Louise Judd Tracy ALMO – Charlotte Louise Judd Tracy, age 81, passed away Friday, July 5, 2024, at Caring Hearts Assisted Living in Pocatello.

Charlotte was born in American Fork, Utah, on March 19, 1943, to Daniel Ray and Lila Steele Judd. She was the youngest of six children, growing up in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Charlotte worked as an apprentice in a beauty salon and received her cosmetology license in 1962, then worked as a dental assistant from 1963 until 1972. Charlotte took a little break from dental assisting from January 1965 until July 1966 to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the North Central States.

After her mission she married George K. Small in 1968 and was divorced in 1970. It was at a mission reunion that she met Harold Wallace Tracy. They were married June 30, 1972, in the Logan Utah Temple and went on to raise four beautiful daughters on the Oliver Springs Ranch in Naf, Idaho. She kept busy helping Harold manage the dairy, raising their daughters, and attending to her various church callings. She served as a Relief Society president, girls camp leader, Primary teacher, and music director for many years. Harold and Charlotte also served as missionaries at the Bishops’ Storehouse from August 2010 until February 2013.

She had a love for music and a strong testimony of her Savior.

She is survived by her four daughters, Rosemary (Milton) Winslow, Jennie (Bobby) Lang, Bonita (Jason) Lenz, and Christy (Val) Williamson; 16 grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; and two sisters, Hilga Frier and Ileen Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Wallace Tracy; her parents; three siblings, Ira Judd, Helen Nielsen and Jeniel Fugal; and a grandson, Allen Winslow.

The family expresses their sincere appreciation to her Almo Ward family, Enhabit Home Health and Hospice, the staff at Caring Hearts in Pocatello, and Diamond Peak in Burley.

The funeral will be held at noon Saturday, July 13, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 834 Almo Rd., in Almo, with Bishop LaVell Erickson officiating. Burial will follow at Yost Cemetery, Yost, Utah.

Family and friends will be received from 11 until 11:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
