Trina Lea Wilkinson MESA, AZ – Trina Lea Wilkinson, a beautiful soul, returned to her Heavenly Father on April 12, 2024, at the age of 78. Trina’s final days were spent surrounded by her family and friends in Mesa, Arizona.

Trina is survived by her loving and devoted children, Kent (Stephanie) Fowler and Laura Fowler; her siblings, Chad, Preston, Teresa, Scott, and Emmalee; her grandchildren, Felicia, Jacob, Jessie, Bree and Baylea; along with her treasured great-grandchildren, Jeffery, Maylee, Brayden, Carson and Connor.

She was born on October 12, 1945, in Rupert, Idaho. Trina was the firstborn of Lloyd and Clea Wilkinson's six children. As the eldest child, Trina took pride in helping her parents with her younger siblings.

Trina enjoyed her youth and growing up in the beautiful town of Burley, Idaho. As a young girl, she developed a passion for ballet and eventually opened a ballet studio in her parent’s home where she taught young students. In 1963, Trina graduated from Burley High School.

Trina’s career journey was diverse, including roles as a dental assistant, modeling, caregiving for the elderly and nannying. In every endeavor, she brought a sense of commitment and excellence that touched the lives of all who knew her.

In retirement, Trina took pride in her volunteer work for various cancer institutes in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.

Trina will be deeply missed. Her warmth, kindness, and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Trina’s life was marked by her deep Christian faith and dedication to her family. A woman of many talents and interests, Trina's most cherished moments were those spent with her family. She had an affinity for celebrating life's special occasions, making each holiday memorable with her thoughtful decorations and festive spirit.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, located at 1350 East 16th Street, in Burley. Urn placement will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in Burley.
