HEYBURN – Frances Barton Maybin, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at her home in Heyburn, at the age of 89. She spent her final days surrounded by her family.

Frances was born September 20, 1934, the daughter of Mint Barton and Kimley Fowler Barton. She was the mother to William, Tony, Terry, and Anissa.

Known for her selflessness, her love of children and quilting, Frances will be missed by all who knew her. Frances’ family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life, not the sadness of her passing.

She is survived by her four children and many grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 19, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, located at 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley.

Family and friends will be received at the funeral home from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18, and from 10 until 10:45 a.m. prior to the funeral on Friday. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Heyburn.

Flowers and memorial gifts are welcome but not necessary.
